Hanafi bootstrapped a SaaS to +€1.2M ARR, then started scaling a cross-border e-commerce business to millions, and kept hitting the same wall: bad acceptance rates, punishing fees, zero support. He looked around and realized his entire network was stuck in the exact same place: SaaS founders, online retailers, expat entrepreneurs, none of them able to get paid properly across borders. That network, including KOLs with tens of thousands of followers, became Inflowpay's first distribution channel and its most loyal advocates.
