Use of funds

Capital Allocation

This $3.5M Seed round is designed to fuel a clear equation: fund our core technical infrastructure (our moat) and scale our Go-To-Market engine to convert our $92M weighted TPV pipeline. This allocation is engineered to drive us straight to our Series A milestones ($3M ARR, $20M/mo TPV) within 12 to 18 months.

50% — Product, Engineering & Fraud Intelligence

Our stablecoin-native architecture is our primary competitive advantage. This capital will fund key engineering hires to scale our transaction capacity. It will enable us to launch our Visa-partnered card issuance program (the most requested feature by our existing merchants) and strengthen and expand our acquiring bank relationships across additional geographies. Finally, we will scale our fraud intelligence and monitoring infrastructure, the moat that compounds with every transaction processed.

20% — Compliance & PSP Licensing

Compliance is not a cost center; it is our entry ticket to broader volumes. This capital will fund the acquisition of our PSP licenses, enabling us to offer a mix of MoR and non-MoR capabilities and put merchants on their own MID for high-risk verticals where that structure is required.

20% — Go-To-Market & Partnerships

We've proven product-market fit with ~100% MoM growth over 6 months on $0 marketing spend (pure word-of-mouth). Now, it's time to industrialize acquisition by deploying a referral program, KOL partnerships in key communities (digital nomads, Shopify ecosystem, creator economy), SEO/GEO content targeting our core verticals, and targeted paid acquisition. Concurrently, we will expand our platform and MoR-as-a-Service partnerships in Southeast Asia and South Asia (already talking with XStak and Xendit).

10% — Merchant Success

Our retention is driven by 7-day customer support, a differentiator against self-serve incumbents. We will make key hires in merchant success to maintain this standard as we scale.
